day 4

today, was a good day...school teaching is fun and challenging. once i have figured out more of this spanish language, things will be much easier, but until then, very challenging. i also got to break into my stash of pepto-bismol tablets today. took a three hour nap this afternoon, b/c of stomach cramps. generally speaking, i'm a fairly tough and rough guy. breaking a bone is no problem, but if i have stomach pains or nausia i don't stand a fighting chance against a 4 year old girl who is the smallest in her pre-k class. tonight, however, i was feeling a little better and galo and eugie and her sister, jessica, took me to puyo, which is down the road 4 km to get some groceries and supplies... toilet paper, shampoo, laundry soap and food. they also took me to a bbq place where we had papas frita (french fries) and sausage. i also got a shish-kabob with more sausage and steak on it. very delicious. i know that wasn't too smart and all with an upset stomach, but how much worse can it get, you know? like ryder always, 'when in rome...'
